The arrogance, close mindedness and hyper conservative mentality of Silicon Valley is a very afront to people who truly stand for equality of opportunity for women, minorities and LGBT people. Real deducation to diversity and equality mean walking your talk at home, not just when you are on the podium in DC. They talk about diversity but what they really want is a bro mecca. Actions soeak louder than words.
